High-Quality 50 kW / 100 kWh High-Voltage Hybrid Solar System with LiFePO4 Battery
A 50 kW hybrid solar system is primarily used to meet the electricity needs of factories, hospitals, businesses, schools, and similar facilities. A 50 kW solar panel array can generate between 180 kWh and 350 kWh of electricity per day, requiring an installation area of approximately 250 square metres. Electricity generation varies depending on the geographical location, including latitude and longitude.
The hybrid inverter is a three-phase 50 kW unit with a conversion efficiency exceeding 97.5%.
The 50kw hybrid solar system requires 93 × 550 W solar panels, which can be installed on rooftops, on the ground, on slopes, or on farms. It is particularly important to ensure that the panels are not shaded at any time. Otherwise, power generation will be significantly reduced. If shading cannot be avoided, solar optimisers can be installed to help resolve this issue.
The inverter and battery storage cabinet can be installed either indoors or outdoors. However, if winter temperatures in your area are low, we recommend installing them indoors.
This 50 kW hybrid solar system is equipped with a 50 kW inverter and a 100 kWh battery storage system. If additional battery capacity is required to meet night-time electricity demands or to optimise returns by taking advantage of peak and off-peak electricity pricing, the battery system capacity can be expanded accordingly.

Advantages of 50 kW Hybrid Solar Panel System with Battery Storage
The batteries use LiFePO4 cells, which are much safer and can last for more than 10 years.
The energy storage system has a dual fire-protection design. First, the built-in battery management system (BMS) monitors the battery temperature in real time. In addition, the battery can be equipped with an optional automatic fire-extinguishing system to help prevent fire incidents.
The batteries can be connected in parallel to form storage systems with different capacities, such as 200 kWh, 300 kWh, or 400 kWh.
The standard charging time is 2 hours. If faster charging or discharging is required, the charging/discharging rate can be customised to 1C, 2C, or 6C.
100% depth of discharge (DoD) maximises battery capacity, allowing for a higher return on investment (ROI).
Intelligent air-cooling control system: the energy storage system is equipped with an air-cooling design to prevent battery overheating and ensure safe operation.
