Q235 light poles are typically hot-dip galvanized, with a galvanized layer thickness of ≥85 microns. This protective coating effectively prevents steel corrosion and significantly enhances long-term durability, even in harsh outdoor environments.
TThe poles offer excellent wind resistance, capable of withstanding wind speeds up to 36.9 m/s (equivalent to above Beaufort scale level 11) and seismic activity up to grade 8. To minimize the impact of strong wind-induced vibrations on internal circuitry, the connection between the lamp head and the pole is fitted with shock-absorbing rubber pads.
The modular design supports segmented splicing, eliminating the need for heavy lifting equipment. A team of four can complete assembly within one hour. The depth of the pre-embedded foundation kit is adjustable (0.8–1.5 m), making it suitable for complex geological conditions such as tundra, rocky terrain, or uneven ground.
